The ST1 Vision wood burning stove by Saltfire is rated at 5kW and has been tested at 83.9% for its efficiency. The ST1 Vision is one of the most efficient stoves on the market today and burns wood much cleaner than the required standard for DEFRA exemption, it can legally be lit anywhere in the UK including smoke controlled areas. All Saltfire models are also Eco Design ready for new legislation set to come into the market in 2022.
The ST1 Vision has a larger door and viewing window than the ST1 but still has the same simple, easy to operate controls where you can adjust the stunning flame pattern on this user friendly model, whilst adjusting the flames you will find the advanced "after-burner" system is quite unique.
The precision welded steel body with cast iron door is finished with a black high temperature paint sourced from the USA and thermo-ceramic glass gives a fabulous view of the flames. A hard working air-wash system helps to keep this glass clear. The ST1 has a 5" (125mm) diameter top flue outlet and can be installed with 5" diameter flue liner or twinwall flue system.
