The Masterbuilt Gravity 1050 gives you the combination of cooking on a charcoal grill with the addition of being able to smoke your food and giving it a great earthy flavour. The Gravity Series 1050 smoker is incredibly fast to use and can reach the optimum cooking temperature remarkably quickly, reaching 110°C in 10mins and 370°C in just 15mins.
The gravity-fed charcoal system means you won't have to get your hands dirty with moving the coal around and refuelling the hopper. This innovative system will automatically feed the grill with the right amount of charcoal and has the capacity to hold up to 10 lbs of charcoal or 16 lbs of briquettes which can last up to 8 hours. The Masterbuilt Gravity 1050 also comes with a DigitalFan control system which allows for precision cooking at the exact temperature to ensure perfect results every time.
In addition to the built-in control panel on the Gravity 1050, this grill & smoker can also be operated through a smart device. Simply download the custom-made app, and configure it up to your grill to enable you to adjust and keep an eye on the temperature and time of your cooking. It also comes with a host of cooking grates and griddles to allow you to cook different types of food at the same time.
