My Dumfries Optiflame fire is lovely. I am impressed with the coals and crystal effect. The flame is good but every few seconds the middle of the flames disappears. Could l have set Sleep timer wrong.? I don't really understand it. Hope it's not a fault because l love the fire. Wendie
