I've not seen these ovens before. Does it create fumes which need extraction fan?

Hi, thanks for your enquiry. This smoker is only suitable for outdoor use, where it is well ventilated. The guide for the smoker states do not burn wood chips inside homes, vehicles, tents, garages or any enclosed areas.
