Hi, thnaks for your enquiry. This cooker comes with included with two flat shelves and four wire trays. The ovens are coated with a special enamel coating which allows for easy cleaning, and the door glass can be removed to assist with cleaning too. The control knobs on this cooker use a mix of plastic and metal components.
