How long is the cable ? Are the controls on the front or at the side? Why isn't this crucial information included in your product description?

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. The cable is 1.8 meters, this is included in the additional specification. Regarding the manual controls, they are located on the bottom right side of the unit, please see page 7 of the PDF manual for the diagram
