Can you get a higher grill for this as its an amazing fire but the ash does fall out all the time when you open the door thanks

Hi, thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately, the log retainer provided is all that is available. I suggest before fully opening the door you leave it ajar for a moment to allow the loose ashes to be drawn up the flue.
