Can I ask the reason why it’s says the stove can have condensation within if using fake flue pipe and can the pipe be cut to size so it looks like it’s going up the ceiling of my fireplace ?

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. The Dimplex Optimyst stoves use the false flue outlet on the top of the stoves as a vent where the mist vapour leaves. Is this is blocked by the stove pipe then condensation can appear on the door glass of the stove.
