Featuring advanced cooking technology and professional features, the ILVE Roma is amongst the elite when it comes to range cooking. The matt graphite finish provides a stunning contrast to the chrome and stainless steel knobs and handles and works extremely well in modernised kitchens.
This range cooker comes with two oven cavities which are both multifunction. The main oven on the left offers 15 cooking functions at your disposal including a slow cook setting, pizza setting and a rotisserie system which works with the grill element. The secondary oven on the right has a 43 litre capacity and comes with 5 cooking functions and also includes the rotisserie system to allow you to cook more than one piece of poultry or large cut of meat at a time. A unique feature on the Roma from ILVE is the E3 digital temperature control which allows you to move the temperature in the oven up and down by 5 degrees at a time for ultimate precision cooking.
The induction hob is split up into 5 induction zones, 2 large zones, 2 medium zones and 1 small zone to accommodate for different sized pots and pans. This hob has a power boost function an automatic boil setting and a heat up function. All zones can be monitored on the digital display within the hotplate itself which is incredibly easy to wipe clean. There is also a full width soft close storage drawer underneath the ovens.

What Size Range Cooker?
Freestanding cookers come in different widths, usually, 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 110cm so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one. We recommend checking the depth of the space and adding on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most cookers will require a 32 amp outlet unless it’s a gas range cooker.
