The Roma 150cm Fry Top and Coup de Feu range cooker is packed with advanced cooking technologies and professional features for the ultimate cooking experience. With 2 large ovens, there is plenty of space to cook your favourite dishes. The Roma includes ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, allowing you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments. Every ILVE range cooker is hand built by Italian artisans near Venice. The Roma 150cm Fry Top and Coup de Feu range cooker features a large 65 litre capacity oven, and an extra large oven that has a 97 litre capacity. Both ovens are A+ rated for energy efficiency. There is a choice of 15 oven functions including a 2 specially designed rotisserie spits, perfect for cooking joints of meat. The Roma 150cm range cooker is available with a cast iron coup de feu for French style cooking, and a solid stainless steel fry top griddle, perfect for Japanese style cooking. With this includes 7 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners. All burners have an easy clean black nanotechnology coating, that are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. The Roma 150cm dual fuel range cooker has 7 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition and coup de feu: 1x 3kW coup de feu, 1 x 3.1kW fish burner, 1 x 4.3kW double ring wok burner, 3 x 3kW medium burners and 2 x 1.4kW small burner. LPG jets can be fitted by request.

What Size Range Cooker?
Freestanding cookers come in different widths, usually, 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 110cm so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one. We recommend checking the depth of the space and adding on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most cookers will require a 32 amp outlet unless it’s a gas range cooker.
