Incorporating the latest cooking technology combined with beautiful aesthetics, the ILVE Roma 120 is the ultimate range cooker on today's market. Featuring a huge 8 burner gas hob, this hotplate is designed to accommodate any style of cooking with the addition of the Fry Top griddle plate. This steel plate sits on top of the burners and creates a Teppanyaki griddle to allow you to sear a full English breakfast, salmon or steak. Each burner is made from brass and is coated in a black nanotechnology which makes them easy to clean.
Underneath the hob there are the two electric ovens. The main oven is ILVE's enormous 97 litre, 15 function oven which allows you to roast, grill, make the perfect pizza and oven slow cook casseroles. There is also a quick start function which rapidly heat the oven up to temperature far quicker than a standard fan oven would. The smaller cavity is a 43 litre, 5 function oven and come with easy clean enamel linings just like the main oven and both can be operated using the TFT digital timer and display. The benefit of this range compared to others is the E3 temperature control. This allows you to change the cooking temperature in the oven by as little as 5 degree increments for extreme precision cooking at your fingertips.

What Size Range Cooker?
Freestanding cookers come in different widths, usually, 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 110cm so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one. We recommend checking the depth of the space and adding on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most cookers will require a 32 amp outlet unless it’s a gas range cooker.
