The Milano Fry Top range cooker comes with all the same great features as the standard dual fuel model with the addition of a steel Fry Top griddle plate which will transform your cooking potential giving you the ability to sear meat and fish along with vegetables and pretty much anything you like. This griddle plate simply sits on top of the gas burners and can be removed when not needed.
The hob itself consists of 6 gas burners each made from brass and coated in a black nanotechnology which are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. There is also a 4.3kW double-ring burner which is ideal for larger pans and high heat cooking. Protected by heavy duty cast iron pan supports, these provide a safe and secure cooking surface.
The two ovens on the Milano PD10FNE3/SS consist of a 65 litre main oven and a 57 litre secondary oven. The main oven comes with 15 cooking functions including a quick start heat up system which rapidly heats the oven to the optimum temperature faster than a conventional fan oven as well as a pizza setting which cooks the perfect pizza at a furnace temperature of 300 degrees. The secondary oven has the basic cooking functions you would expect from an ordinary oven, however both ovens on this range come with a specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking poultry and cuts of meat.

What Size Range Cooker?
Freestanding cookers come in different widths, usually, 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 110cm so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one. We recommend checking the depth of the space and adding on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most cookers will require a 32 amp outlet unless it’s a gas range cooker.
