As you would expect from a Gozney oven, the Arc will heat up to the optimum pizza cooking temperature within 15-20mins where you can then cook amazing pizza in just 60 seconds. It has the ability to reach up to 500°C making it ideal for searing steaks and other cuts of meat and the temperature can be accurately controlled through the digital control panel to ensure that you get the best results for the type of food you are cooking. The oven’s new lateral gas burner creates a flame that replicates a wood fire like no other, fanning out and rolling across the domed ceiling which when paired with the professional ratios of oven insulation and a 20mm thick stone floor ensures an even heat distribution and superior heat consistency.
Designed to be used with propane gas only, the Gozney Arc comes with the gas hose and regulator included and can be customised to your liking with accessories such as the Arc Stand, Arc Booster and the Arc Cover is always a recommended purchase to keep your pizza oven looking brand new for longer.
