We’re not very good a blowing our own trumpet but we couldn’t resist after hearing we’d won at the 2023 European eCommerce awards. We were delighted and honoured to have been shortlisted almost 6 months ago but the whole company is absolutely ecstatic to have won the best eCommerce website for DIY, home, furniture & interior design.

The European eCommerce Awards recognise, reward and celebrate outstanding online retail websites, platforms and campaigns.

These awards bring together some of the best businesses and most creative and technical minds to celebrate this dynamic and fast-paced industry. For the awards, the shortlist of companies was looked at closely by judges and the winners were independently chosen.

The awards took place via a virtual ceremony on Wednesday the 20th of September 2023 at 3:00pm, we’d like to give thanks to Andor Palau who presented our award. You can watch the live stream of our award which includes the reasons why the judges picked StovesAreUs.co.uk to be this year’s winner.

This award was a great way for the team here at StovesAreUs to get some recognition for the hard work, great service & fantastic website we operate from. The judges were most impressed by key areas on our website such as delivery information, secure checkout processes and a comprehensive price comparison tool, overall these features led to an impressive user experience.

The award for the best DIY, home, furniture & interior website was judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts, the judging was a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries were discussed and evaluated in detail to decide on the winner.

We’d like to thank our eCommerce partner Fluid Commerce who nominated our website to be shortlisted for this award and we’d also like to give recognition to the two other nominees for the award who also had fantastic websites.

We are also excited to announce that we have also been shortlisted for not just one but two awards the DIY, Home, Furniture & Interior Design E-commerce Website Of The Year and also the B2C Ecommerce Website Of The Year. We really can't wait to see how we get on.
