The Bertazzoni PROCH94I1ENET 90cm Professional Series Air-Tec Induction Top And Integrated Hood, Nero Black gives great versatility and style to your kitchen. The 90cm freestanding Air-Tec cooker packs three high-performance appliances into one. An efficient integrated extraction system is added to the design and technology of the Professional Series cookers. The hob is equipped with 4 induction zones controlled through the ergonomic metal knobs. Multi-zone technology allows you to combine two zones to create a larger one, suitable for large pots. The oven has 11 functions, from convection, baking and grilling to fast-preheat. Triple-glazed oven doors feature soft motion hinges and anti-slam closing system, and also minimise heat loss. The integrated 10-speed hood, controlled through the dedicated knob, can be installed in suction or filtering mode. The integrated ventilation system is 100% safe against water spillage. The Automatic function allows you to automatically adjust the suction power of the hood, according to the power of the induction zones in use. The carbon filters can be regenerated in the oven for long-lasting use.

What Size Range Cooker?
Freestanding cookers come in different widths, usually, 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 110cm so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one. We recommend checking the depth of the space and adding on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most cookers will require a 32 amp outlet unless it’s a gas range cooker.
Induction Hob Zones
Each heating element of your Bertazzoni hob can be used simultaneously and features a booster function for extra-fast boiling. The induction hobs are highly efficient with only 10% of energy lost whilst in use. Digital controls for each hob provide you with precise and immediate temperature control, with bridging functions available on some of the top models.
Flexible Oven Cavities
Bertazzoni provides you with large oven cavity sizes through their product range. You can easily cook for large groups of family or friends on their 90cm, 100cm, 110cm & 120cm ranges. The oven cavities feature multi-level cooking to prevent flavour cross-over when cooker different dishes at one time. There are a number of different cavity design configurations including single, double or triple oven variations.
