The Bertazzoni 90cm Heritage Series Induction Top Electric Double Oven, Avorio Ivory suits the traditional kitchen of today, cleverly combining the classic appeal of time-honoured style with all the technology and advanced engineering of the Bertazzoni cookers. The double-oven range cooker gives great versatility and style to your kitchen. The main oven electric oven has 11 functions, from convection, baking and grilling to warming and features a thermometer. The useful auxiliary oven has six modes. Triple-glass doors minimise heat loss. The hob has an induction top with five heating zones, including a booster feature, pot detection, residual heat indicator for each zone and two flex zones.

What Size Range Cooker?
Freestanding cookers come in different widths, usually, 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 110cm so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one. We recommend checking the depth of the space and adding on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most cookers will require a 32 amp outlet unless it’s a gas range cooker.
Induction Hob Zones
Each heating element of your Bertazzoni hob can be used simultaneously and features a booster function for extra-fast boiling. The induction hobs are highly efficient with only 10% of energy lost whilst in use. Digital controls for each hob provide you with precise and immediate temperature control, with bridging functions available on some of the top models.
Flexible Oven Cavities
Bertazzoni provides you with large oven cavity sizes through their product range. You can easily cook for large groups of family or friends on their 90cm, 100cm, 110cm & 120cm ranges. The oven cavities feature multi-level cooking to prevent flavour cross-over when cooker different dishes at one time. There are a number of different cavity design configurations including single, double or triple oven variations.
