The 5" Increaser Adaptor connects 5" vitreous enamel pipe to 6" vitreous enamel pipe, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or walls.
An internal and external coat of high temperature, acid resistant vitreous enamel ensures longevity. A simple push fit provides the best aesthetic appearance, each joint can be coated with a fire cement or high temperature silicone sealant.
